ARTIST STATEMENT The original oil paintings featured here are painted on stretched, wrapped canvas from the brush of the artist, Jimmie Roberson, and will be signed by the artist. They are easy to display, maybe on a bookshelf, tabletop, or the wall. They look great on a small easel. The sides are painted and do not require a frame. I work from our serene and peaceful old farmhouse in Hendersonville, Tennessee, near Nashville, Tennessee. It's not unusual to see deer scampering and wild turkeys meandering across the open field, crossing the creek across the road, and making their way up the mountain into the woods. What a joy to be able to express myself through painting! I would consider it a great honor if you choose to purchase something I've had such pleasure in creating. Jimmie Roberson CAT ITEMS
While searching for public domain cat photos for our site, I came across some old paintings of kittens that I really admired. I don't know in what medium they were originally painted, but I painted them in oil on wrapped canvas. The painting is 5" x 7", either framed or unframed as shown.

Amazon Items It's simply amazing sometimes, what things sell for. I decided to check out Amazon's Book Category, to see the highest priced items. The following page will provide those details for you: Amazon-Nose Books Most of the books in the upper echelon are medical-related (Rhinoplasty; Diseases; Ear Nose & Throat; etc) with an occasional one about an airplane nose (B-24 Liberator: Rugged But Right ) or related to electronics (Electronic Noses: Detection Revolution for Food, Chemical, and Healthcare Industries ). I thought it was interesting. Maybe you will, too. Maybe you'll find the Collector's Item you've been looking for!
