Yellowstone National Park

As part of our trip out west in early June 2004, one of the places we chose to "rest our nose" was Montana Buffalo Ranch, located 7 miles north of Gardiner, Montana,Yellowstone National Park near the North Entrance to the Park. We spent four nights "resting our noses" here and made several trips into and around Yellowstone. The picture below is a shot of us at the North Entrance - shows the scale of the entrance wall compared to us.

One of the other entrances is located in the northeast corner of Yellowstone, at Cooke City, Montana. There are actually five entrances to Yellowstone, and we visited the park through all five.
